CHAD is running FREE Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Events for early career researchers and those interested in developing research in the area of health and social inequalities.
The Purpose
- To Strengthen research links between Local Government and the University to investigate and address health and social inequalities
- To build local capacity, skills and knowledge around research activity for academics and practitioners new to research
- To help meet requirements of Public Health Skills and Knowledge Framework (2016) that requires the public health workforce to include those who: “Work to, and for, the evidence base, conduct research, and provide informed advice”

Presentations will utilise video conferencing facilities at Staffordshire University across the 3 main campuses
